Welcome to Letrato Arts and Crafts. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our products and services, including, but not limited to, the purchase and customization of our ceremonial accessories such as rosette leis and sashes. By placing an order or utilizing our services, you agree to the terms outlined herein. For information on how we handle your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Payment and Refund Policy

Letrato Arts and Crafts accepts various payment methods, including bank transfers, check deposits, and digital bank transfers. For direct orders, a 50% deposit is required before production commences, with the remaining 50% payable prior to shipment. Full payment is required at checkout for website orders.

In the event of cancellation post-production, only 50% of the payment will be refunded due to the handmade nature of our products and the inability to reuse materials. Should an incorrect item be delivered, we will replace the product and cover any associated fees.

Production and Customization

Our production lead time ranges from 2 to 3 days for orders of 50 pieces or fewer, subject to scheduling and peak season adjustments. Customization options vary by product collection. For collections above the Affordable Rosette Lei Collection, preset designs are available with customization options limited to the logo and choice of necklace components from our stock. The Affordable collection and below feature fixed designs with customization restricted to the logo. Bulk orders may be considered for additional customization.

Materials and Quality

We source high-quality materials including Jacquard/Brocade trim, satin ribbon (cut edge and double edge), metallic accents, organza ribbon, photo paper, and button pins. Due to variations in screen settings and lighting, the actual product color may slightly differ from the images displayed. Quality assurance includes meticulous crafting of each piece to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery services are provided by third-party couriers such as J&T Express. Shipping times vary by region: 1 to 2 days for Luzon (excluding islands), 2 to 5 days for Visayas (excluding islands), and 3 to 7 days for Mindanao (excluding islands). Island deliveries may require up to 7 days or more. Customers in Metro Manila may opt for personal pickup or utilize courier services like Grab or Lalamove. All shipping fees, taxes, and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Special arrangements may be considered for international shipping upon contacting our team.

Revisions and Discounts

We allow for 1 to 2 revisions for bespoke/custom designs, contingent on the complexity. Payment is required for completed custom items even if only images are requested. Logo submissions should be limited to 1 to 2 designs per 20 pieces. Discounts are available for orders of 50 pieces or more.

Warranty and Liability

Our products are handmade and therefore do not come with a warranty. Slight variations in dimensions and craftsmanship are inherent due to the manual production process. Once items are shipped, Letrato Arts and Crafts is no longer liable for any issues during transit. Changes requested post-production completion may incur additional fees based on the modifications needed.

Communication and Compliance

Please communicate your preferred delivery date, event date, and any relevant information that might impact delivery. We prefer written communication via chat, text, or email to effectively visualize and discuss design preferences. In emergency situations or natural disasters, delivery schedules may be affected, and we appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.
